Emily is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine at Body Resolution. She holds a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification registered through the Yoga Alliance. Currently, Emily is doing her Advanced Studies in Hatha Yoga with her Teacher Will Duprey to receive her 500 Hour Certification next year.When Emily is not at the gym, she can be found rock climbing, hiking, running, practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Walks are open and available to all. We will enjoy one another's space and time while including some self reflecting space as well. Guided short meditations at the top and cheerful stories along the way. Take the time to enjoy the fruits of Vermont!
