The buffet menu will consist of a selection of locally-grown organic produce, responsibly farmed, grass fed local meats, and plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes. The market will offer a cornucopia of VT's tastiest locally sourced produce, delicious freshly baked goods, jams and preserves, and a plethora of other eclectic local offerings. The Farmers' Market will be open to the public Friday through Sunday, 8am to 6pm.
